DO I NEED TO BRING MY OWN GLOVES?

No we have gloves available to rent for £1.5 All our gloves are disinfected and cleaned after every class. We do always encourage you to wear your own gloves if you’ve got them! If you want to buy a pair, we also sell our own gloves at Relentless.

DO I NEED WRAPS?

If you have your own, please wear them! Wraps protect your wrists and knuckles when boxing so we ask that you wear them for all of our classes. We sell wraps at Relentless for £10 should you need to buy a pair.

WHAT DO I WEAR?

The only thing that we ask is that you wear proper training shoes suitable for working out. It is important your feet, ankles and knees are supported.

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE BEFORE A SESSION?

Please arrive no less than 10 minutes before your scheduled class time. Our coaches will always give a quick introduction/pre-session overview for new attendees 5 minutes prior to the class starting. You don’t want to miss it as you’ll get a feel for what your session is about and what to expect.

WHAT IF I’M LATE?

Relentless operates a strict policy on latecomers to a class . It isn’t personal, but it is disruptive to the structure of the session, and to the coach teaching it. If you arrive 10 minutes after the class has started you will not be able to join in.
